Sims 4 unable to open corrupted file

My sims 4 is not working due to some of my cc and mods, the thing is, all the mods I have I was using on my other computer and it worked perfectly fine, on this computer though it’s messing up. Also it’s not just a specific mod, the error message will identify which mod is “corrupted” but when I take it out another message will pop up with a different mod. It will keep doing this until I have no mods in my folder. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Mods and CC gets outdated and needs updates as the game is updated..
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
