kjnfdtuvoydl No, this can't delete your saves unless you've installed the game in the same location as your saves. You can see the location where the game is installed within the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties. Saves are in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves.
If you'd like to make a backup copy of your saves, go right ahead, although it sounds like you're low on space already. So maybe only copy the saves you've be sorry to lose. The files that end in .verx are backups of the save with the same internal number.
