sims 4 will not open

i downloaded the sims 4 a fews days ago and now its telling me to unistall the game and i did and i also unistalled the Ea app and it keeps telling me it cannot load my game and i need help fixing it

    6474839726526347​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
