sims 4 won't download, it just says "preparing"
I've been trying to download sims 4 for the past hour and it just says its preparing. Is this normal or is there something I can do to fix the issue?

@LesserStar Try clearing Origin's cache (Windows) or running the Origin reset tool (macOS), restarting your computer, and then starting the download again.
