Sims 4 won't let me download to gallery

I play on ps4 and this has been going on for MONTHS. I try to save my lot to gallery, it loads, and then a window pops up whrre it just says  error and to try again later. Wdym later??? 

I obviously have no mods, no cc, nothing outside of the original game and it's expansions. It does let me save individual rooms but not lots as a whole. 

Is there a way to fix this? I read on Reddit once that apparently deleting paintings and such from your gallery helps, but i've got dozens of those and haven't gotten around to it, or if it even works.
