Mcmightymole isthatbatman2 Do you get a lastexception when trying to load the save? Best practice is to delete any existing files you have; they'd be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Try again to load the save and see whether you get a new LE. If you do, open the file (Notepad is fine), copy the text, and paste it into a reply here.
If you don't get an LE, that's also useful information.
I do not trigger a lastexception when loading into the household. I did when loading into an old save from a year ago, but not the one I'm primarily using. I also removed what needed to be done when the lastexception popped on the old save which didn't fix my primary save.
