everytime i click on it, it loads up and gets to the large sims 4 screen then just exits. no crash log or anything. its not cc/mods because i removed the folder and everything. I repaired game, updated drivers. it was working fine just 3 days ago. i have not played since....so no idea what happened.
m2ewlz2obg2z Do you still need help, and did you remove the entire Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? If not, please do that now.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
