Sims 4 worlds won't install

Hi 

I have had to install my Sims 4 games again, as I bought a new laptop (other one broke)

My EA app says it has completed all the installments of my Sims 4 packs.

But when I play the Sims 4 and go on to manage worlds, the worlds are clearly not installed and when I hover my mouse over them it says:

"World not installed, when this pack has finished downloading, restart the Sims 4 to finish installing it"

I have tried restarting multiple times, but with no luck

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Hi, I was having the same problem, but I have seemingly fixed it now.

    Load up the game as normal, and when you get to the main screen, click on marketplace, then head to "my collections". They may have been deactivated somehow. Reactivate them, restart your game, and see if it's working. This worked for me, so fingers crossed it fixes it for you, too!

    Sorry, just to add, make sure you scroll down too and select the game packs and other packs underneath the main expansion packs too.
