Sims4 Game keeps kicking me out to EA app

I don't know what is going on, but when I play one of my Sims in Ravenwood at their home. The game pauses and then kicks me out to the EAn App.  It happened last night while playing my Sims couple and I finally gave up. I tried it again with Sims couple in Ravenwood at their home trying to build something it would freeze  up and then kicks me out to the EA ap.  And it could be from latest update, 

And if I have too, I'll just start all over again.
