Sims 4

This may be a bug, but to be honest I'm not sure. I have deleted and related mods because I thought they might be the problem, but the problem still exists. So, the problem is that notifications (the orange and the white ones) pop up in gameplay with no words, so I don't know what it's telling me. The blue popups are fine. Please help.
