Sims are glowing inside house
My sims look very bright/glowing inside the house, but when they’re outside they look normal. I’ve tried adjusting the lights/dimming and graphics but nothings working. I don’t use any mods or CC either.

@simcitydolphin Please switch between fullscreen and windowed mode and let me know whether your sims look any different.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
