Sims are showing up as having broken cc on when they dont

Does anyone know what causes the game to show a preview of sims in or out of live mode with broken cc, but everytime i click to edit them they’re suddenly normal.. i have cc and mods but none are broken, its not a broken cc, its a glitch that keeps happening with sims i dont make myself. This has been happening since before the recent update. I’ve repaired my game and deleted cache files, what else should i do?
