Sims autonomous actions are cancelled out on a loop.

I have scanned my cc folder, found no broken cc and nothing has changed when removing any UI mods. My sims CANNOT walk around and resetting them fixes it for a couple seconds, ands then they're stuck...

raniaftw​  Please remove your entire Mods folder and test again, just to be thorough.  If that doesn't help, move the sims to another lot, as a test.  You don't need to save your progress in either case.
