Sims crashing during getaway holiday

I've been playing the newest package (adventure awaits) since it was released, with no issues. Until the other day it kept crashing within minutes of restarting the game. No error codes or error message, just crashed and closed everything (game and home app). I've done the normal troubleshooting, repairs to my save files, repairs to the game and cleared my cache file ect. Still crashing... can anyone help or suggest something. Much appreciated!

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

    • Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

      - Press Windows-Key + R
      - Type: DxDiag
      - Click on Save all Information.
      - Attach the Text File to your post
