Sims game keeps crashing unable to find culprit

I've tried uninstalling the game reinstalling the game, I've tried mods and no mods, I've tried CC and no CC, but after around 20 minutes of launch the game just crashes, my drivers are up to date I'...

foallowjr​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
