I bought and played with the "Get to work" pack for more than a year but last week it stop showing that I have the pack and it wants me to buy this again to play but the pack is still in the files of the game..
How to fix it?
I really did everything I even got the pack fills out of the game and put it back and I'm just tired from that :/
There is any chance that it would be fix by itself?
It happened to me once before but it got fix by itself like 2 weeks after but I'm not sure
linoya123456 Does the EA App think you own the pack? Please check under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. And let me know whether you've ever had an EA Play subscription, either directly or through XBox Gamepass.

linoya123456 Did you ever buy Get to Work for PC? Do you currently have a XBox Gamepass Ultimate subscription? An XBox copy of a pack wouldn't transfer to PC, or vice versa, so you'd either need your own copy for PC or an EA Play subscription. Gamepass Ultimate comes with an EA Play subscription, but if yours has lapsed, that would explain why GtW is no longer available.

linoya123456 The pack folder being present doesn't mean anything. I can install the game on one account, then login to the EA App on another account, and the App won't let me access the DLC that the second account doesn't own, but that DLC will still be installed on my computer.
