Farahtique For the first issue, does it happen without mods or custom content? (I can't tell from your wording whether you tested both issues without mods and cc or just the second one.) If so, please list the items affected and post a screenshot of the error. I don't recognize it and would like to see it for myself.
For the second issue, please start a new save with fresh sims, nothing from the Gallery or your library, and let me know whether you see the same issues. The idea is to find out whether the problem is global or limited to this save or your sims. Please continue to test with your Mods folder removed.
