Sims will no longer cook when food is in bowl

My sim will no longer continue cooking, if cooking the food includes a bowl at some point. Its really annoying since it just wastes money every time i try and she wont do it. It also makes A LOT of meals i cant cook because of it. 

I tried removing my mods, i restarted the game multiple times, i repaired the game, i have tried making more room, i have tried deleting objects that could potentially be in the way (even though they werent when she cooked other meals), please figure out what this is all about, its really annoying and i cant figure out what is causing it.
