    OK...it is not a patch issue or an EA issue...it was at my end.  The WW mod caused the issue.  Removing the mod folder and loading an old game resolved the issue.  Then I tracked it down to that specific mod.

@Nuke615 Can't duplicate this. Works fine for me.

Could you test a fresh save that never saw any mods ? Maybe a large room with lots of space ?
