_Leo_jazzy_1997 Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that your laptop's graphics drivers are significantly out of date. The Intel driver is probably still fine, but the Nvidia driver should be updated. You can use the newest release:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install. Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
If you've been using a desktop shortcut when trying to play, load the EA App itself and (try to) launch the game from your library or from the entry in the left panel.
If that doesn't help, have you tried playing in a clean user folder? That would be the next step. Move or rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, which will prevent the game from reading it, and see whether you can play. If it works, the problem is something in the old folder.
