help is at hand, The bad news they are all out to lunch. So I have tried since yesterday trying to fix it but the same error comes up . but there is nothing to do to fix it I cant even go back to try again it just keeps failing
ttxqc72e12mn Try repairing the game instead. The option is "Verify integrity of the game files" and should be somewhere under Properties.
If that doesn't help, please please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know what drive Sims 4 is installed on if your computer has more than one.
