Since updating to the latest update, Sims 4 loads up blurry, what do I do?

I just updated to the most recent version of The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe. Since updating, my game will not load up clear so that I can see what my sims are doing. It is very glitchy and barely usable, this never happened prior to this update, what do I do? (I'm on a 64 Bit Windows PC)

If you have a dual graphics card system (Intel/Nvidia for example), make sure to add the 64 bit exe file to start the game with so it loads with the card and not the chip: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/graphics-cardintel-chip-dual-systems/
