so i own the cats and dogs pack, but can't downloade it.

hiii. So I just downloaded the sims 4 again after a few years of not playing. And i downloadede all the packs it said i owned on the Ea client. the i opened the game, and it pops up that i own cats and dogs expansion pack. I closed the game down again and do an app recovery and nothing happened. In the Ea client it says I don’t own it but it says it in the game. Is there a way to fix this so I can play the pack I own ? 

 

  • majawaldman  That is definitely weird.  Please contact EA customer support to see what they can do to help you.  Support should be able to confirm that EA received the money, and then if necessary, remove and add the EP back to your account.  The order number on the transaction would be helpful here, the one you see on ea.com, so take a screenshot of the order info and upload it when you submit the help request.

    I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try another category of issue.  For me, Sims 4 > [all topics] > I need help loading my game shows the chat option.

  • majawaldman  Please open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and let me know whether Cats & Dogs is listed there.  If it is, and you see a Download button, click it.

    If you don't see C&D listed there, where did you buy it?  Please also look for a transaction on ea.com, under Account Settings > Order History, and let me know whether you find one.  If you do, list its status: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

    i bought it pre order when it first came out, so i can't find the order over my EA account. it says on the EA app i don't own it so i can't downloade it.

    wait i found the order it says something weird? that is it still in process? even tho it is from 2017
