Someone please help!!

Guys, after this last update I can't use the personalized content I have at all! I've already done all the step-by-step instructions that were made available to us, the players, regarding this, but every time I put personalized content in the mods section, just ONE, it appears that the contents have been turned off, even though I've already turned them on. several times!! Does anyone know how to help???😭
