Can I use the DLC from EA for the Sims 4 that I downloaded from Steam?
Yes. You will need to launch the game from steam. Uninstall the Sims 4 from the EA App then only install the expansions you have there not the base game.

i cant,When I click on the install button, it says that I need to download the game from EA Play.
You only have them thru EA play As this is a subscription the rules are different.
@hypnosece Do you still need help with this? If so, just ask. And to be clear, the EA App (the game launcher) is different from EA Play (the subscription). You can have both, but you don't need a subscription to play Sims 4, and having one shouldn't interfere with your ability to play through Steam.
i did it.After downloading Sims 4 from Steam, I was able to use my DLCs from EA and Steam. thanks <3
