Can you let me know exactly what's going on- did you purchase DLC on your account but you're not able to access it? Was this purchase made directly through the EA app? 

Hi, this exact thing happened to me. Purchased multiple apps without the last few months and now they’re all missing in my add-ons on EA and not showing up as an option in my game. I purchased them through the store on the sims 4 app. I have proof of purchase.
