it only happens to the EA made public bathrooms. the one the sim go to when in public. with those bathrooms, you can never see your Sim

.These bathrooms are just pretended bathrooms made my EA only. The player can not make them. We can use them on our lots, but we can not change how they are made. Kids also get stuck, and it happens in different cities. with different Sims.

The Sim go in but do not come out again because they are stuck, and you can not see them, and you can not get them to go home, or leave the lot because they are not seen.

You have to restart the game, every time.

Do not send your Sims to the public bathrooms. Just send your Sim to a club, or a bar or any place it's a normal bathroom, just you must load them to enter, then reload the city area.

The public bathrooms that are on parks or lots you can build on, You can just remove and built normal bathrooms.So if you can build on the lot that has one of these bathrooms from EA buy mode, just remove them build a normal men and woman bathroom. or build one bathroom both can use.

Hi my sim is been getting stuck on the toilet every time they use it. It's not just one sim is all my sims in my household. I hardly have any mods in my game. Just only a couple mods that's it but I need them its just mostly all custom content. I don't know what the heck is going on but it's getting me really mad. I can't have no toilets in the house anymore because they always get stuck on it every time. Their fine using the bathtub and showers but using the toilet is the problem

Please remove all Mods and CC then test the game. If it now works you just need to figure out which Mod/CC caused the issue.

No need to delete it just remove it. You can move your entire Mods folder to somewhere else like the desktop.
