There is an issue with BetterBuildBuy - if you can get into your game, you need to disable it. By that I mean you need to enable mods, go into Build mode, disable BetterBuildBuy, and then restart your game. Then go BACK into your game, disable mods, and restart again. If BBB was ever enabled, it needs to be disabled again.
