Stuck on the loading page

So I have completely started fresh on a new save I even deleted the old save that was potentially making me get stuck on the circle of death when the game has to load. I also installed the graphics driver from Intel and I am as we speak still having issues with getting stuck on the loading screen. It is very frustrating and if you have any more advice on what I can do that would be helpful. I love the game and I have never experienced this before but every possible fix doesn't work. please help if you can! Just a reminder I took out all my mods and cc (didn't work), I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it ( didn't work) I started fresh on a brand new save without adding any sims or builds from the old save (didn't work) I installed the graphics driver from intel (didn't work) I even didn't get a build from the gallery I built my own house to avoid getting a build that is somehow broken (still having issues)
