Support told me to delete my game progress claiming i wouldn't lose anything

hello,

a month ago, i had encountered a problem with my sims 4 game, i wasn't able to run the game, so i contacted the support. there, i was told that it i should delete everything on my PC that is related to sims 4 as well as the game itself and reinstall everything in order to fix it. before i did as i was told, i asked if it was really safe to delete all these files and if i would lose my game progress if i deleted everything. i was told that deleting everything would be safe and i wouldn't lose any game progress,

but i did.

i lost my entire sims 4 game progress and contacted the support again to ask for help, but so far nobody was able to help me to restore my game data

therefore i am once again asking for help, hoping that there is still something that could be done. But if that's not the case, i demand compensation for the loss caused by the EA Support.

anything else i can do?

(the 9th support person told me the problem would be redirected to EA itself, yet i didn'T get any response from that either)
