I own The Sims 4 Get to Work expansion pack, but it doesn't appear in my game. When I try to load my saved game, it shows up as a required pack. It's also not visible in my library.
The Get to Work pack comes with Xbox EA Play membership. The issue was resolved when I reconnected my EA app with my EA Play membership.

Community ManagerI'm on pc and it is all my purchased packs which is 30+. Get to work is showing not downloaded as well. Ill show a screenshot also. This issue is one i can't work around no matter how hard I try. I paid for every pack on EA and back when it was origin. When I say I've tried everything , I mean everything!
