The game doesn't load the match

Hi, are a few monts that The Sims doesnt work on my computer.

Idk why, but when I enter in a match it doesn't show me my old families/houses (I've played The Sims for about 5 years, so they were a lot) and it doesnt let me enter in the lots .

It's like when you move a family unit, but there isn't any family.

I've tried to remove all the mods but its still doens't work.

Can someone pls help me? Thank you so much!
