The game is not working

Hello, my game seems to be lagging. I can not play the previous households, build new ones and i can not even build the houses. I deleted the app and reloaded but it is still ongoing. This issue has been for 2 weeks now. 

as you can see the graphics are terrible and i can not play. They don't have a house because it lags and i cant build. Please fix it ASAP. Thank you!
