The game is unplayable
Danootjee Please test with your Mods folder removed. The fact that some mods don't have updates doesn't mean they're fine.

And if none of that helps, please provide the information requested. A save that's still broken with no mods or cc present would be useful too; you can upload it to a third-party filesharing site and either post the link here or send it to me via PM.
