The game wont start
I press play, steam switches to the Cancel button like usual, then EA will pop up and say "preparing a game" and the steam button will go back to "Play" and sims does not even pop up in the taskbar. ...
Bunni_Cryz Please plug your monitor directly into the graphics card, not into the motherboard as you've currently done. Do so with your computer off.
If that doesn't help, please create a new admin Windows account and try playing there. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address. You'll be able to (try to) launch Sims 4 without reinstalling anything.
If that doesn't help either, let me know what antivirus you use.
