The new expansion pack

I am having the same issue! I did not preorder it, but I did purchase it earlier today. It let me access the content in CAS although there was a weird glitch happening with the tattoos. When I went to move my household into the new world, the screen was white. I did the same as OP and tried to repair my game and got the same pop up. The EA app shows that I do own this content. I tried updating the EA app and clearing my cache, neither of which worked. I play on PC and do use mods.
