Hello. New player here in Sims 4. I bought the base game and one expansion, the High School Years EP12. The EA app show it installed but won't appear in my actual game. I tried many of the answers i found here, in the forum, but still I can't get it to work. Please help!
beetoum Sorry for the late reply. Are you still seeing this issue? If so, please run a search for EP12 , which is the folder for High School years. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP12 in the search field in the upper-right corner. The search may take a while, and it will absolutely find at least one result if the game is currently installed at all.
When the search is finished, expand the window sideways if necessary so that the entire location of each result is showing. Then use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen, and post the screenshot here.
