The Sims 4 continues to remove expansion packs that I've purchased.

This has happened to me at least three times, and I don't know what to do about it. Sometimes I get randomly logged out of my EA account, and when that happens, it removes some of the expansion packs I've purchased. It happened again last night, and it removed two of the most recent expansion packs I bought, and I don't want to repurchase them.  Does anyone have any advice?

    EA has fully removed 24 of my Expansions Packs, Kits, and Add-Ons.
    I am trying to find a way to get them back, I even called my friend who has seen my sims addiction since Sims 1 to confirm that I did in fact buy all these things.
