The Sims 4 Crashing

I have no idea what the issue is. I have a gaming laptop that can handle just about anything. The specs are immaculate and i own just about every pack except Bantuu. I've taken out every single mod and custom content in my game and every save that i have just to make sure there weren't any corrupt files and it STILL CRASHED 💔. I've repaired the game over and over and it is still doing it. I'm starting to think it's just the sims game at this point. Is anybody else having this problem? If so can you please give me some advise or help? I don't even want to play the game anymore because i can't figure it out. Anything will help. Thank you!! ❤️

    I’m having this issue too! My sims was working just fine before the update and now it turns to a black screen after playing for like five minutes. I’ve done everything, checked for mods, removed mod folder, uninstalled and reinstalled game, dxdiag, graphics driver check, delete cach, repaired game, etc. still it keeps flashing black

    I’ve done all of that. Nothing helps. Since it’s happening to others I'm thinking it’s a gaming issue.

    Same! It is driving me insane. My game crashes all the time. I have tried everything as well and nothing has fixed it.

    I have all the packs and a gaming laptop. Never had a issue running it before, even with lots of mods. Took all of my mods out and deleted them, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, everything and it still does it. It opens on the Sims four loading screen like it's going to work and then stops and closes out everytime I try to open it.

    Same issue here, moved mods, cleared cache, repaired game, tried updating drivers (even though everything is up to date) and other tricks i've tried and hasn't worked. I either get it launches in windowed mode but doesn't go pass a white screen or will get stuck on an ad for a kit to buy. Also have a gaming laptop. Very frustrating but nice to know I'm not the only one!
