    @ph_ot_op77  Other players with hardware similar to yours have said that disabling XMP and the CPU turbo boost in BIOS has helped with their crashing issues.  I'm not sure how many options Alienware BIOS offers, but please have a look around; in particular, turbo boost may be hidden somewhere.

    I haven't seen any recent reports of RGB software interfering with Sims 4, so you can probably reenable it, but I'd wait until the game was stable again just to be thorough.
