I purchased the preorder, activated the key and nothing, no download, no expension pack. When I start the game, it tells me I already have that expension but nothing from it is showing in my game. Anyone has the same problem?
I purchased from a third party too and have never had a problem before. It's crossed my mind that maybe the download will become active at a certain time but it should still show in our library as purchased should it not?
You can not have installed it since it isn't available yet. I can see that you are aware that it was a pre-order. It releases July 25 10AM PDT.

There is currently an issue where it appears that you can start the download. If you click download it will start and then give an error. It appears that it will continue trying until the Expansion is released.
That makes sense but for me it wont show as purchased even though in game it says I own it. I'm hoping once it hits 10am PDT like you've said and it is released that the app will refresh and show as owned in my library. so I can then attempt downloading!
