The Sims 4 will frequently delete all my saves

Its happened before when I had the game a while ago, and I just redownloaded it a few days ago (I have around 4-5 mods). Everything *seemed* fine, I opened the game, made the save, played, saved the ...

TheOwlGang​  No, don't move the Electronic Arts folder.  As I said, back up any user data you want to preserve: saves, Tray files, mods and custom content, screenshots.  Then uninstall the game through the EA App and install it somewhere that isn't in Documents.

As I said, you can install it to the default C:\Program Files\EA Games, or you can choose a different location that is NOT in Documents.  It doesn't matter.
