the sims 4

someone please help me!!! my sims 4 app wont open at all. i have tried everything to be able to fix it but nothing is working and im so frustrated. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, repairing it, buying more storage (i have more than enough), i have tried clearing cache and restarting the app, i have no updates to do on my computer or the app and i have also tried deleting all of my mods and nothing is working! i have spoken to 4 different help websites and NOTHING IS WORKING. please please please help me if you can
