Few issues since all of the new updates

Hello,

Since the last update, some issues I am having even after removing every single one of my mods is that once I have loaded up a household, after a few minutes, all of the menu bars go away and I cannot control my Sims so I end up having to quit. I cannot play the game at all without this happening. I have attached a video and screenshots because the top of the screen is funny looking as well despite me repairing the game multiple times. Is anyone else having these issues, and if so, have you found a quick fix before the next update?
