I thought the whole point of ea app was supposed to be a good gaming experience and I thought all the updates would fix the bugs and faults. But it's not and doesn't. It's so frustrating to play the sims don't do want to want they just freeze and don't move. Putting me off playing it might aswell buy the discs and do it that way see if that works. Wish they fix it soon glad I don't pay for membership that don't help either!
lesleycott88 Would you like help with the underlying issue? If so, please let me know whether the problems happen in a new save as well, with no mods or custom content present.

I don't think so because I dont use mods or custom content I tried but that but had issues a glitching too so don't use them anymore

If you'd still like help troubleshooting, please test a new save and let me know how it works. Describe the issues you see in more detail.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
