the timeline doesn't go on

@tongcess0 It does matter that the game stops working at the same time every day. Do you have Eco Lifestyle installed, and if so, does it help to disable voting for Neighborhood Action Plans? Does the game crash in a new save if you disable voting there too? You'd need to do it from the worlds screen before entering live play for the first time, or else the first round of voting would go through.
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I do not have any extra packages on the game, so I do not have Eco Lifestyle

@tongcess0 Your dxdiag shows a number of breakpoint errors—that's the error 0x80000003 you've been seeing—and a couple of errors related to the Intel graphics driver. The breakpoint errors can be, but aren't always, related to a corrupt or outdated graphics driver as well. So it's a good idea to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both the Intel and Nvidia drivers, as described here:
Use the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer:
https://www.casper.com.tr/driver-indirme?categoryId=5&generations=3&operatingSystem=15&seriesId=38
If you want to double-check that I found the correct driver download page, you can enter your laptop's serial number at the top of the page. Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
One thing to note is that this driver download page doesn't list dates or version numbers for the drivers, so I don't know whether the drivers are new enough to work with Sims 4. However, it's simple to update a driver to a newer version, and with a reasonably-new laptop like yours, it's always best to try the manufacturer's drivers first, then update only if necessary. These drivers may be tuned to work better together and with your model laptop than the more generic ones from Intel or Nvidia.
If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag. (This will show dates and driver versions, so I'll know which versions the download page provides.) Additionally, when testing, please restart your computer first and run only the EA App and Sims 4, nothing else.
