Townies are missing faces

So for some reason, the townies my game generates seem to be missing a face. It looks like it's missing, or just sucked in to the back of their scalp. They still have hair, bodies, teeth (and a mesh for heterochromia, though that's not causing it since I had this problem before I downloaded that CC), but just no face. I can only adjust the placement and width of their mouth if I drag their teeth, but that's it.

I tried randomizing them, changing outfits and changing hair, skin details, makeup, accessories and just about anything I could but nothing helped. I also reset my Sims 4 folder, and deleted an outdated no EA lashes mod, but it's still happening even without the new version in my game.

This has happened on 3 saves - One that I played on for a few days, one that I downloaded online and one that I just created. This only happens with new townies too. None of the premade sims, townies that appeared before this issue or sims I make have this problem. I'm using the newest patch.

I tried all the solutions other people suggested from what I could find about this problem. I'd rather reinstall only if nothing else works.

    Yes. On the saves that already had faceless sims, they still had no face, but there didn't seem to be any faceless townies on a new save. I'm gonna go through my mods and see if there's any outdated ones I missed.

    @imkath

    Have you tried this without any mods at all? Just to rule out if it's caused my mods or not.

    @peachunii

    Remove your mods and start a new save, do you still have the issue? 🙂
