Unable to connect to the online marketplace/comminity

Hey everyone! I'm Jess. I have been having issues connecting to the online custom content and community ever since I installed the update back on May 12. I have tried to look up trouble shooting suggesstions like clearing the "localcache" in my EA folder, repairing the game in the EA app, and I even tried making sure my options were correct within the game. However none of these have fixed the problem. 

Is anyone else having issues with connecting to the marketplace/community. If so, how do I fix it lol

  • Buckles9109​  What happens when you try to connect?  If you get an error message, please post a screenshot of it.

    Please also make sure the EA App is loaded fully before you try to open Sims 4, and launch the game from within the App (or Steam if you've installed it there).  If the App isn't loading, let me know, and post a screenshot of any error you see there as well.
