Iam_torij17 EA_Solaire might be out for the weekend, so in the interim, this looks like a problem you'd need EA customer support to solve. First, go to ea.com and find the purchase in your Order History. You'll see the status (Completed, Processing, Failed) there as well. You can provide this and the order number to the support rep you talk to and ask why there's a problem with your ownership.
