Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase

This isn't only about the CAS Demo; it can also happen when there are two copies of the game installed and the EA App starts reading from the one where your packs are not installed.  So please see the first post and accepted solution, and if you have further trouble, post in that thread.

I was finally given the option to download Home Chef Hustle today, Monday Oct 2, after purchasing on Friday. I went through the same series of actions every day and today it worked. Final step each time was logging out of EA App and logging back in. 

Mine still hasn't been fixed and I've heard nothing. I'm this close *holds up fingers barely touching* to just getting a refund from Paypal. At least the second charge to Paypal is still pending though, so at least there's only the one charge I need to dispute. 

EDIT: Oh, it looks like deleting one of my other packs and then using "Manage Add-ons" to re-download it might have done the trick. Both Home Chef Hustle and the deleted kit were available to download, whereas HSH was not there until then. 

I bought the Home Chef Hustle stuff pack last night, I needed to re-download the entire game but for some reason the new stuff pack won't install. 

I've let the base game install, then "forced" HCH to install next and it still gets stuck on "preparing." So it's not a matter of no space etc. I have let the game install, with every DLC (I have every DLC just not every kit) and then tried and it doesn't work that way either. I've also cleared the cache for the app. I've let it just install base game and HCH only and it still won't. I've also turned off firewalls, security just to see if that helps but nothing. Very frustrating seeing as I paid my hard earned cash on this! 

Does anyone have any solutions? Or has the same issue?

I just purchased Home Chef Hustle, but it won't install. I've started this game over 4 times. Has there been any update?!

My Game will not let me download it either.

Mine won’t download either it’s soo annoying and frustrating! And I also purchased the pool pack too that’s not downloading either 😔😔
